Non-Refundable Bookings

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Air tickets & Train tickets
  • Visa fees & Government permits
  • Convenience charges & Service charges
  • Promotional or discounted holiday packages
  • Supplier-imposed cancellation charges

Refund eligibility for hotels, airlines, and transport services will also depend on the respective service provider's cancellation policies.

Refund Process

Where applicable:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will generally be credited through the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, or other travel partners.

Changes to Bookings

Any modification requested after booking confirmation will be subject to:

  • Availability
  • Approval from suppliers
  • Applicable modification charges

Important Information

  • Once travel has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, early departures, or voluntarily unutilised components of the package.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.
  • Customers are advised to carefully review their itinerary and booking details before making payment to avoid unnecessary cancellation charges.
